This is the story of a Cincinnati, Ohio entrepreneur, pioneer and humanitarian whose legacy only exists in the minds of associate, friends and family members - some of which seemingly have "gag orders" of silence regarding him. Sadly, the majority of his associates and friends have passed on. It's a telltale of Indianola Ezra Hayes' accomplishments, tragedy, triumphs and how he made it possible for African Americans to play at a once segregated golf course, which resulted to some of them becoming legends and hall of fame inductees. The book also elaborates on the lengths a family member went in order to disown, betray and cut off their sibling, who in turn completed the markings on I.E's headstone after returning to Cincinnati 18 years later. This is the second edition. Included are 16 color photos for visual references.
